The cockpit for the multi-agent era — and still the best terminal, free

Warp made a shrewd bet: instead of fighting Claude Code and Codex, it became the place you run them. The free tier is an easy yes — you get the best terminal on any platform and can plug in AI subscriptions you already pay for. The harder question is Warp's own credit-metered agents, which add a second bill on top of your model subscriptions. Casual users may never need them; agent power users will burn through Build's 1,500 credits fast and face the $200 Max cliff. Treat the terminal as the product and the agents as an option, and Warp is close to unbeatable.
